Major Jumps in time — and we’ll get to that in terms of Episode 6 jumping a full decade on us in a bit

But they are essentially giving us a crash course in Targaryen history so that we can pick sides for a Targaryen Civil War aka the Dance of the Dragon

Coolest moment of the show was when Viscerius tells Rhaeynera that Aegon the Conqueror had a vision of the eventually song of ice & fire — and that the message is passed down from ruler to ruler — so that a targaryen can help defeat that night king and OH BY THE WAY — that exact Dagger is what Arya Stark uses to Kill the Night King hundreds of years in the future

So, let’s start with Episode 1-5

Who do we like? Rheaynera gives off major Dany Targaryen vibes. Dragon rider. Badass. Being held down by the patriarchy. She’s a Targareyn being a Targaryen and the “realm just don’t understand”

Who don’t we like? Sir Criston Cole — you just didn’t get it 10 years before episode 6 and then you do a spineless 180 and start playing the game of thrones when episode 6 roles around — early leader in the club house

Who is a badass? To be determined — I’ll give Queen Alicent Hightower the early nod — but it’s EARLY

Who is a drip? Alicent’s son Aegon II — who pulls a Roman Roy Sucession seen and gives off Major vibes of Dany’s brother Viseyus from Game of Thrones season 1 — aka HE AIN’T IT

There are Targaryens who can ride Dragons and Targaryens who can’t — if you aren’t a Dragon rider; you’re part of the problem

But in the same breathe Targaryens can be loose cannons - and Dragon riders who are loose cannons; you are also part of the problem

So that leaves a narrow path for having the correct Targaryen in charge of  Westeros— especially cuz the person in charge, the person who sits the iron throne needs to be a man

So — where is this going — CIVIL WAR. The only people with Dragons are about to unleash them upon themselves.

When Viseyus dies (and he doesn’t look good) it’s going to be the Greens vs. the Black

Alicent Hightower will essentially be stepping into the Cersei Lannister Role of my song has a claim to be a “boy king” and that’s my only move

Rhaeynera will essentially be stepping into the role of a overlooked female who happens to ride a Dragon

Assuming i’m right — I know what side I’m on

Let’s talk about Episode 6 — we just swapped out 2 actresses after spending half a season getting to know them

In an age in which Robert DiNero and Joe Pesci can play guys 40 years younger in “The Irishman” thanks to CGI — i think the move was 1) cast the older ladies from the get go and make them look younger for 5 eps… or cast the younger ladies and use CGI to make them older

Feels like an own goal — feels like its an unnecessary distraction
